You have no idea who long I've been looking for Chipotle chilis in adobe sauce!!! Clearly, it must be one of those obscure American products, by which I'm taunted when I buy American food magazines or cook books.(I have a recipe that uses these and pomegranate juice as a marinade for chicken. It looks really, really good. Alas, I can't try it because I can't find them, so I can't say for sure.)
